SHIPPING INFORMATION FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $150
Our shipping method is Priority Mail (2 to 4 day delivery) for all packages excluding very heavy ones that will ship UPS with tracking. An Express Mail option (1 to 2 day service) is available however DOES NOT place your order ahead of others. ALL bow orders are beautifully wrapped in tissue and boxed to preserve your custom bows. Should you have any questions regarding shipping please feel free to contact us.
PRIORITY MAIL: Orders weighing 0 to 1 pound are $5.95 (all bow orders fit in this category if just ordering bows)
PRIORITY MAIL: Orders weighing 1.1 pounds to 2 pounds are $6.45
PRIORITY MAIL: Orders weighing 2.1 pounds to 4 pounds are $7.95
PRIORITY MAIL: Orders weighing 4.1 pounds and higher are $8.95. UPS may be used if package is overweight or overly large. PRIORITY MAIL: Orders $150.00 and higher are FREE EXPRESS MAIL: Express mail options are available based on weight starting at $29.95. LOCAL CUSTOMER PICK UP (Raleigh, NC area): Free of Charge
RUSH ORDERS
During busy seasons, there may be a need to charge a rush fee if you need an order mailed earlier than our current processing time allows. (Current processing times are shown at the top of our SHOPPING CART PAGE as you fill your cart with goodies.) Rush fees are purchased at the bottom of this page and are figured based on order size and turnaround time needed. Please contact us by email if your order needs to be rushed at bowpeep@bellsouth.net.
APO and FPO SHIPPING
We do offer shipping to APO and FPO addresses. Please enter the full address in the comment section during check out. No additional shipping fees are necessary for APO or FPO addresses within the US.
We do not offer shipping outside of the USA at this time.
SHIPPING LIABILITY
We make a concerted effort to label our packages clearly and also provide boxes to protect your purchases as a standard method of shipping here at Fairy Tails. However, once your order leaves our store, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods or packages. If your order seems late in arrival, please email us and we'll provide you with tracking numbers.
RETURN POLICY
ALL products on our website are made-to-order (to your specifications). Due to the custom nature of our website, nothing is mass produced and therefore, not returnable. You will receive a custom product each and every time you order!
REFUNDS
All orders are final once your order is placed. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accomodate refunds after your order is placed.
