ORDER PROCESSING INFORMATION
Order processing time fluctuates with order volume.
All items are custom and made-to-order. If you are in a hurry and/or have a deadline, please contact us first to see if we can meet your deadline. We'll do everything we can to accomodate your request.

RUSH ORDERS
During busy seasons, there may be a need to charge a rush fee if you need an order mailed earlier than our current processing time allows. (Current processing times are shown at the top of our SHOPPING CART PAGE as you fill your cart with goodies.) Rush fees are purchased at the bottom of this page and are figured based on order size and turnaround time needed. Please contact us by email if your order needs to be rushed at bowpeep@bellsouth.net.
ADDING TO YOUR ORDER
You may add to your order after it is placed if it has not been shipped yet, incurring no additional shipping charges. We ship many orders very quickly so please check with us before you place your "add-on" order. If you would like to add on, you simply place another order online and check the "Customer Pick Up" option at check out to avoid additional shipping charges. You must also write me a note at check out that you are adding to your previous order. Again, please contact us to make sure your order has not shipped before proceeding with your add-ons.
ORDER CHANGES
All orders are final once your order is placed. Most orders are cut and processed within 24 hours. If you desire a change, please email us to see if that process has started. If not, we will do our best to accomodate your change. Again, all orders are final and changes after an order is placed are based on our discretion. Order changes result in a change to your order date also - your order date is reivsed to the date the change is made and shipping times are applied to the newer date.
RETURN POLICY
ALL products on our website are made-to-order (to your specifications). Due to the custom nature of our website, nothing is mass produced and therefore, not returnable. You will receive a custom product each and every time you order!
REFUNDS
All orders are final once your order is placed. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accomodate refunds after your order is placed.
