HAND SEWN! Beautifully constructed, all ponytail streamer ribbons and tuxedos are sewn together to prevent being pulled out, and all ends are heat sealed to prevent fraying. One-piece welded french barrettes (that don't fall apart) and extra heavy-duty elastics are used that won't stretch out of shape, allowing many years of wear!
