Shoe Exchange Policy

We understand that shoes can be a challenge to purchase online. Therefore we offer exchanges on our interchangable sandals for the same color shoe that was originally purchased in a different size. To receive an exchange, please send the sandal back to us in a box in the original condition it was shipped to you. (We cannot exchange shoes that have been worn or are not in original shipping condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange based on condition of the shoes upon return.) All shipping charges to, from and back again are not refundable.
